At Paws and Pals, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalised products
- Personal care items (e.g. grooming tools that have been used)
- Sale items and gift cards
EU Customers
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at ananya.malhotraa.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
